For as far back as I can remember, I have loved to read. My imagination has taken me to far-off lands and places; in space craft and other planets, in times past and times future. Reading books was my favorite way to dream when I was young, and I still love to read. Soon however, I started creating my own stories; stories I wanted to read but never found.
Life happened, but my imagination continued to churn out ideas and characters.
Part of that life is my family. Having six children who also love to read and are constantly looking for more books drove me to write again. So I focused on this first series: Tales of a Unicorn and a Spaceship. I hired an editor, Amanda Bradburn, and an illustrator, Oscar Melling, and we got to work. It’s been hard, but so much fun, getting this project out to the world. The first book, titled Celina and the Strange Fairy will be available in 2026.
